Manual Tier Pricing Table
The Manual tier pricing table block displays a clear quantity-and-price guide on product pages. Use it when you want to explain volume pricing, show an open-ended quote tier, or publish pricing guidance without managing product metafields.
This block is display-only. It does not change product prices or apply a checkout discount. Pair it with Shopify discounts or the 424 Tiered Discounts app when the displayed prices must be enforced in the cart and checkout.
Add the table
- Open the product template in the Theme Editor.
- Add Manual tier pricing table inside Product information.
- Add one Manual tier pricing tier child block for each quantity range.
- Enter the quantity label and unit price for each tier.
- Reorder the tier blocks from the smallest quantity to the largest.
The default preset includes three example ranges so you can see the intended structure immediately.
Configure each tier
Each tier supports:
- Quantity — customer-facing text such as
1–24,25–99, or100+. - Price — unit-price copy such as
$10.00. - Savings — optional copy used when the table's savings column is enabled.
- Open-ended tier — replaces the price with customizable quote text such as Contact us for a quote.
- Highlight tier — gives an important or popular row extra visual emphasis.
Because quantity and price are text fields, you can use the terminology that fits your sales process. Keep the labels concise so the table remains easy to scan on mobile.
Visibility by product tag
Use Required product tag when a shared product template should show the table only on selected products. Enter one tag or a comma-separated list. Matching is case-insensitive and exact after spaces are trimmed.
Leave the setting blank to show the table on every product using that template.
Appearance
The parent table block includes controls for:
- Heading and column labels.
- Optional savings column.
- Striped rows and highlighted-row color.
- Background, text, border, and header colors.
- Border width and radius.
- Top and bottom padding and margins.
Launch checklist
- Tiers appear in ascending quantity order.
- Displayed prices match the discount rules that actually run at checkout.
- The required product tag is blank or matches the intended products.
- Open-ended tiers use clear next-step copy.
- The table remains readable on mobile and in every color scheme used by the product template.
