Sync sales data from Shopify

The app derives state counts from Shopify orders rather than asking you to maintain totals manually.

Run an all-time sync

1. Open 424 Sales Map → Map Configuration.
2. In the States card, select Sync from Shopify orders.
3. Wait for the order history to be processed.
4. Review the State and Sales columns in the table.

The current Basic plans include all-time manual synchronization. The app pages through Shopify orders and saves a count for each recognized US state.

How locations are assigned

For each order, the app:

1. Uses the shipping address when it contains a recognizable US state.
2. Falls back to the billing address when necessary.
3. Normalizes supported state names and two-letter codes.
4. Skips the order when no supported US state can be identified.

Automatic updates

Active Basic and legacy paid plans receive an automatic order synchronization every 48 hours. Manual Sync from Shopify orders remains available whenever you want to refresh the map immediately.

Verify the totals

Compare several states in the app with filtered Shopify order results. Remember that order edits, missing addresses, non-US addresses, and the timing of the last automatic sync can affect the current totals.
